Round Trip Airport Transfer from Manchester (MAN) Airport to Camp

ONLY DURING THE FOLLOWING TIME FRAMES:

  • Flight Arrivals on Sunday and/or departures on Friday are between 8:00am – 18:00 (6:00pm). Sunday Arrivals are Recommended before 14:00pm (2:00pm) which is before the camp welcome for the start of camp (around 4pm).
  • Friday Departures are Recommended between 19:30pm (7:30pm) – 22:00pm (10:00pm) which is after the closing ceremony at the end of camp (around 4pm).
  • Please note that arrival transfers and departure transfers will each have a maximum of 2 hours of waiting time at the airport for their transfers
  • Flights outside of the above time frames will be an additional US $ 40 each way
  • Campers who have purchased Friday Extra Night Stays with a departure transfer on Saturday morning will also have an additional fee of US $ 40 for their Saturday morning departure transfer

Unaccompanied Minor (UM) Round Trip Airport Transfer from Manchester (MAN) Airport to Camp

  • Unaccompanied Minor (UM) is a service offered by many airlines meaning that your child is escorted by airline staff during his trip, through the airport and passport control/customs and that the camp staffs are required to sign for receipt of your child. Most airlines will also charge a fee for this service. IMPORTANT: it is not because your child travel alone that he is Unaccompanied Minor (UM), it is only if you have this service with the airline!

Friday Extra Night Stay

  • Friday Extra Night Stay includes overnight stay on Friday as well as Saturday morning breakfast
  • For self departures, pick up MUST be on Saturday morning ONLY
  • If you choose this option and book an airport transfer, the departure flight time MUST be on Saturday morning ONLY
  • Campers who have purchased Friday Extra Night Stays with a departure transfer on Saturday morning will also have an additional fee of US $ 40 for their Saturday morning departure transfer
