Day Camp: Monday – Friday – Hours: 8:00am to 7:30pm (19:30) / 8:00pm (20:00) (Roundtrip Private Bus transfer from Near Santiago Bernabeu Stadium (Calle del Dr. Fleming, 15, 28036 Madrid) in Madrid to Camp Site, lunch and snacks are included daily)

1.  The Fundación Real Madrid Campus Experience MAX Camp trainings for sessions will be located at the Universidad Europea de Madrid on the Villaviciosa de Odón Campus Sports Facilities: Campus of Villaviciosa de Odon of the European University of Madrid.

Meeting place for all Residential and Day Camp (Monday thru Friday) players on first and last day of camp is near Santiago Bernabeu Stadium (Real Madrid stadium): Calle del Dr. Fleming, 15, 28036 Madrid

  • The Fundación Real Madrid Campus Experience MAX Camp Accommodations for sessions will be at the Villaviciosa de Odón Campus located about 19 kms from Madrid. The facilities include mainly single bedrooms with bathrooms and air conditioning, WIFI, restaurant, cafeteria, Multi-purpose Sports Hall, 1 Synthetic soccer pitch, Athletics Track, Beach Volleyball Court.
  • Another site will be used during the summer, participants will also stay at Pozuelo de Alarcón (Student Experience Madrid Pozuelo)  The Facility includes fully furnished studios with access to all facilities. The complex is equipped with a luxurious inner yard with a huge swimming pool, rooftop paddle tennis court and a fitness centre.

In addition to the Villaviciosa de Odón Campus and Pozuelo de Alarcón, the camp will use the Municipal Soccer Fields (artificial grass) close to the University (Campos Municipales Villaviciosa de Odón).

Participants will use the OLIVER device to measure their performance during all workouts and will get an OLIVER report at the end of the camp for their performance during the sessions.

2.   The Fundación Real Madrid Campus Experience Soccer Camp will be located at: Erasmo Residence at the Universidad Autónoma of Madrid Sports Facilities: Real Madrid Sports City in Valdebebas.

  • The Fundación Real Madrid Campus Experience Soccer Camp will be at the Erasmo Residence at the Universidad Autónoma of Madrid. (Video) Participants will stay mainly in double rooms (2 students per room) and each room is equipped with a bathroom and air conditioning. The Residence has WIFI, TV and DVD Room, study, computers and games rooms, gym, laundry, and night surveillance. The accommodation includes breakfast, hydration mid-morning, lunch, snack, and dinner. Soccer practices for the Soccer Camp will be at the Real Madrid City in Valdebebas, the largest sports facility ever built by a soccer club. It has 5 pitches of natural grass, 5 pitches of artificial grass, Stadium Alfredo di Stefano next to the training center, medical center with the ultimate innovations, more than 15 dressing rooms, inner warm-up location, and cafeteria.

The well being of all children on Real Madrid sessions is of paramount importance, therefore parents are not allowed on campus during the sessions. Real Madrid feels this will allow the children to settle into the Residential lifestyle and maintain their safety and security.

Camp Details


The soccer course will be comprehensive, covering all elements of the game including techniques, skills, phases of play and small sided games. All participants will be expected to take an active role in this element, so it is advised that participants have a good level of fitness before they attend.

2 Types of Sessions:

  • The Fundación Real Madrid Campus Experience MAX Camp (residential camp or day camp) are aimed at boys and girls (low number of girls participation during the summer) 9 to 17 years old who play soccer and compete regularly. Soccer training sessions will take place at the Villaviciosa de Odón Campus (Universidad Europea de Madrid) and also at the Municipal Soccer Fields (artificial grass) close to the University (Campos Municipales Villaviciosa de Odón).
  • The Fundación Real Madrid Campus Experience Soccer Camp (residential camp or day camp) is aimed at Boys and Girls (low number of girls participation during the summer) aged 9 to 17 years old of all levels, No soccer experience required (Day camp is from 7 – 13 years old for sessions from June 12 – June 30 and July 31 – August 25 as well as from 7 – 14 years old for sessions from July 3 – July 28). Soccer training practice will take place at Real Madrid’s world-class City Sport, Madrid training facility in Valdebebas.

Camp Session Differences:

  1. Campus Experience MAX Sessions (residential camp or day camp (no sleepover)): for players who play soccer and compete regularly. More intense coaching, additional time compared to residential camp below, extra practical sports training activity with OLIVER data reports, 9 – 17 years old (residential or day camp), Training site and Accommodations site at Universidad Europea. In addition to the use of new technologies applied to football, such as the OLIVER device -which measures performance during training-, participants will have access to a multitude of advantages: intensive and continuous training, a greater number of services available for them, more experiences, greater international coexistence and much more.


  2. Residential Soccer Camp Sessions: no soccer requirements, all level players, 9 – 17 years old, Training site is Valdebebas (Real Madrid training center), Accommodations site at Universidad Autonoma
  3. Day Soccer Camp Sessions (no sleepover): no soccer requirements, all level players, from 7 – 13 years old for sessions from June 12 – June 30 and July 31 – August 25 as well as from 7 – 14 years old for sessions from July 3 – July 28, Training site is Valdebebas (Real Madrid training center)
  • On the first day, groups are established based on age first and ability
  • Excursions are planned to visit Madrid (weekend 2 weeks stay only) and the famous Real Madrid Santiago Bernabeu Stadium and Museum (weekday) (Subject to availability during stadium construction)
  • Day and Night activities
Campus Experience is a Real Madrid Foundation project that offers the chance to experience life as part of a team, and to find out about and share in the values of Madridismo. The program, focused on the comprehensive training of participants, has five values which are:
Training’s contents 3 areas:
  • SOCCER ASPECTS: Integral training program that includes the physical, technical, strategic and tactical parts of soccer.
  • SOCIAL SKILLS: Improve social skills by discovering the potential of individuals for their correct integration into the team.
  • HEALTHY HABITS: Introduction of rest routines and personal hygiene, technological disconnection and nutritional education.
Each concept will be applied with greater intensity, according to the state and temporary moment in which the group is.

TYPES OF TRAINING ACTIVITIES:

  • SPORTS TRAINING: Theoretical-practical training program taught by coaches of the Real Madrid Foundation.
  • EXPERIENCE ACTIVITIES: Activities program designed and taught by experts in education to grow as a team.
  • PRACTICAL TRAINING: 90-minute morning training sessions, with 60 (soccer camp) to 90-minute (Campus Experience MAX camp) matches in the afternoons.
  • THEORETICAL TRAINING: Technical talks and seminars aimed at teaching subjects such as game systems, soccer rules and physical training.
  • DIRECTED GAMES: Participation in traditional games and recreational activities focused on boosting our values.
  • GROUP DYNAMICS: Group experience gatherings, sharing meetings and exchange of views on the values worked.

Goalkeeper Session Option:

Please note that when you register as a Goalkeeper, you will automatically be enrolled in the Goalkeeper Session.

Specific Goalkeeper training practices will be available for Soccer Camp sessions from July 2 – July 29 and Campus Experience MAX sessions from June 11 – August 26.

The training is directed to get better at all those technical and tactical actions the position of goalkeeper requires. The goal through the Campus Fundación Real Madrid is to cover this position by different learning stages and preparing the goalkeeper physically and mentally.

Teaching Staff:

Teaching staff includes Real Madrid Foundation coaches (with degrees and graduate diplomas in sports science), coaching assistants (with secondary school-level diplomas in sports science), instructors, teachers, educators, and recreation and free-time supervisors.

Food:

Meal times depend on whether or not the participants are Residential Camp. Day Campers have lunch included, along with morning and evening snacks. Residential Campers have breakfast and dinner included on top of that. The menus are based on a balanced diet, and for any special dietary and/or religious requirements (Halal and Kosher meals not available, Vegetarian option available) a participant may have please, check on the Camp Questions Page for dietary options available.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: * Daily activities, timetable and facilities are subject to changes depending on the assigned group, ages and organizational reasons.

Day Camp Activities will be similar as above between 9:00am and 19:00 (7:00pm) Monday thru Friday, timing will just be adjusted from time to time.
