SPAIN SOCCER CAMPS: Fundación Real Madrid Campus Experience Camps, Barça Academy Clinic (FC Barcelona).
Fundación Real Madrid Campus Experience Camps : The Fundación Real Madrid Campus Experience Camp is open to boys from 7 to 17 years old with residential sessions for boys from 9 to 17 years old and day camp sessions for boys from 7 to 13 years old. The camp offers two different types of sessions which are the Soccer Camp sessions and the High Performance sessions. Soccer Camp sessions are open to all players as long as they meet the age requirements while High Performance sessions are only available for players who belong to a soccer club who meet the age requirements. The Soccer Camp sessions emphasize the development of tactical and technical soccer training as well as the intercultural exchange with participants from other countries. The High Performance sessions provide campers with training by highly qualified coaches to improve their individual skills and improve their technique on the soccer field. Soccer Camp training will take place at Valdebebas (Real Madrid’s official training center) while High Performance training will take place at the Universidad Europea de Madrid. The Fundación Real Madrid Campus Experience Camp can provide you with a Real Madrid experience which will allow you to be able to experience a great Spanish culture, make new friends from all over the world, develop your soccer skills and learn new ones. The camp aims to allow campers to experience an alternative and positive form of sport and training, a values-based education, through combining sports and learning. The types of training offered by the camp include comprehensive sport education, experience activities, training, soccer theory, supervised games, and group exercises. The camp focuses on the comprehensive training of participants through five values which are initiative, hard work, self-control, teamwork, and respect for others while also providing a diverse program of recreational and educational activities.
Barça Academy Clinic (FC Barcelona) : The Barça Academy Clinic is the FC Barcelona coed soccer camp for boys and girls from 11 to 16 years old (limited number of girls) where campers will be able to combine soccer training at FC Barcelona’s official training facilities along with various cultural and recreational excursions in Barcelona, Spain. Campers will train at the exclusive Barça Academy professional facilities and will have privileged access to the various on-site soccer fields. Campers will participate in a training program that is based on the FC Barcelona methodology which was created to improve the player’s technique and competitive skills. The soccer training sessions will be conducted in English along with some Spanish and will also be complemented by methodology and system class room sessions. The campers will stay in a premier residence in the heart of Barcelona which offers chaperone supervision and will also enjoy many excursions throughout Barcelona during their camp. The excursions are also available for family members who purchase the Family Member Package on an individual basis which will allow them to join their children on the various excursions during the camp. Campers will have an excursion to FC Barcelona’s Camp Nou Stadium during the camp along with other excursions including beach soccer, a theme park visit, and guided tours to various places in the city of Barcelona.
