Benfica Elite Training Camps (Lisbon) : Benfica Elite Training Camps offers soccer camps for players who belong to a soccer club with sessions available for boys from 13 to 18 years old (and one session for girls) in Lisbon, Portugal. Benfica Elite Training Camps was developed by Sport Lisboa e Benfica (SL Benfica), the most famous soccer team in Portugal, and is a soccer camp for players that want to develop and improve their sporting performance with the methodology that is applied at the camp being the same one that SL Benfica uses in the training of its players. Coaching sessions for the camp will be done in Portuguese and English. Sport Lisboa e Benfica Football Club will put at the participants’ disposal the knowledge and soccer programs that made it a world reference in the elite soccer training of young athletes. The training sessions will take place at the Benfica Campus which is the training center of SL Benfica’s professional teams with bus transportation being provided by the camp between the hotel accommodations and the Benfica Campus. The soccer camp will offer training sessions where you will be able to develop your technical, tactical, physical, and psychological skills at the official training center of SL Benfica. The training schedule will consist of four hours of practice per day and will include aspects such as running technique, relationship with the ball, and tactical training as well as attacking and defensive game principles which will be worked on in both individual and collective situations. The participants will be divided into groups according to their age and soccer level with each group having its own specific technical and tactical training program.
